Rolled Ballscrews
FLANGED BALLSCREW TYPE BTK
Easy nuthole machining
Low shaft axis position
High contamination protection
RECTANGULAR TYPE BNT
Easy mounting
Easy nut hole machining
High contamination protection
BALLSCREW TYPE BLK
ROLLED HIGH-SPEED BALLSCREW
Best suited for high-speed feed
Quiet operating sound
Compact
Longer units with a smaller screw shaft diameter can be used
Large turning force obtained with small thrust
High contamination protection
BALLSCREW TYPE JPF
PRELOADED ROLLED SCREW
Zero Backlash smooth movement
High accuracy for positioning repeatability
Smooth Movement with Preload
CYLINDRICAL NUT TYPE BT
Type BT is a round type cylindrical nut which has an embedded ball tube. The need for milling a tube relief groove in the housing bore is eliminated.
ROLLED INCH SERIES TYPE BTP
The THK Type BTP series of rolled ball screw assemblies and components have been designed to easily replace many competitive designs. In some cases, the separate BTP nuts, shafts and flanges can even interchange with competitors' product at the component level.
MINIATURE SCREW TYPE MTF
THK miniature rolled ball screws are inexpensive ball screws made possible by use of special shafts made by precision thread rolling instead of the conventional expensive ground screws. The nuts use the return plate method, so that compact design is possible for outer diameter and total length. Screw shafts with installed nuts are stocked at all times, so that immediate delivery is possible as required. As the shaft end on the nut flange side is not hardened, additional machining for the shaft end can be done easily.

SUPER-LEAD ROLLED WTF
Because of the extremely large lead of two times of the shaft diameter, high-speed feed with twice the feedrate at the same speed is possible in comparison with large lead ball screws (lead equal to the shaft diameter). As a ball circulation mechanism with end caps is used, the nut length is short, the nut OD also could be kept small, and as the flange also is cut at two places, the construction is compact, and the center height is low.

Precision Ground Ballscrews
DOUBLE NUT TYPE BNFN
Type BNFN is the most common form of precision ballscrew using two combined nuts and a spacer placed between them and preloaded to eli-minate the backlash. It is installed by passing a bolt through the bolt hole in the flange.

SUPER-LEAD GROUND TYPE WGF
Because of the extremely large lead of two times of the shaft diameter, high-speed feed with twice the feedrate at the same speed is possible in comparison with large lead ball screws (lead equal to the shaft diameter). As a ball circulation mechanism with end caps is used, the nut length is short, the nut OD also could be kept small, and as the flange also is cut at two places, the construction is compact, and the center height is low.

MINIATURE TYPE MBF
Threaded shafts for small-size precision ball screws with outside diameters of 4 to 1 4mm heads of 1 to 4mm).
SIMPLE NUT TYPE EIK
(INCH SERIES ALSO)
The preload on the EIK Simple Nut is adjusted by the ball diameter, but not by the shim thickness. This eliminates variation in the contact angle which is the most important parameter for ball screws. This arrangement allows the Simple Nut to operate rigidly and rotate smoothly. It also permits a highly accurate wobble. The Simple nut uses a preload system that does not need a spacer, this reduces the overall nut length making the Simple Nut lightweight and low profile.
